COURSE: WMGT 420 Engineering Flight Commanders' CourseOBJECTIVE: For each student to understand the functional responsibilities of the Engineering Flight Chief, to comprehend the interdependency of the flight chief as a member of the base civil engineer team, and to apply functional skills and team principles to realistic problem scenarios to include project scoring models and program development. DESCRIPTION: Functional responsibilities are covered including base comprehensive planning, activity management planning, programming, design schedules, project management, contracts, and computer information management systems.
