COURSE: WMGT 423 Project Programming Course
For each student to comprehend the process, program avenues, rules, and documentation of Air Force project planning and programming for natural and built infrastructure.
The course presents students with an overview of project planning and programming. This course enables students to define project requirements, determine work classification, select appropriate funding avenues (O&M, MILCON, P-341, NAF, etc.), and develop programming documents. Contact your base education office to reserve a satellite broadcast room as soon as possible. NOTE: while the live broadcast is only 4 hours, plan for 3-4 hours of homework each day.
MARCH OFFERING: This course had been offered for February-March via WEB. Breaking changes to programming policy have dictated a complete change to the curriculum, effectively requiring a live broadcast. So the offering will now be via satellite. For bases without
a satellite downlink (e.g. Europe or Pacific Rim) we will have a limited number of web-links to the live broadcast available.

Programs Flight Chief, Community Planner, Project Management Element Chief, and Asset Optimization Element Chief.
Commissioned Officer, Non-Commissioned Officer, GS-7 or above.
March Broadcast: 0800-1200 EASTERN with afternoon homework.
June Broadcast: 0800-1200 EASTERN with afternoon homework.
