COURSE: Construction Site Stormwater Management SeminarOBJECTIVE: For personnel associated with construction activities to comprehend the regulatory requirements associated with stormwater management at the construction site. DESCRIPTION: This seminar provides an overview of the Clean Water Act permitting requirements for construction sites greater than 1 acre in size or a series of related projects that cumulatively add up to 1 acre. This seminar focuses on identifying sites that require a permit, obtaining permit coverage for your construction site, developing a construction site specific stormwater pollution prevention plan to meet permit requirements, assessing your site for compliance as well as actions to take to correct deficiencies at a construction site.
