COURSE:  WMSS 424 World Wide Real Property E-Symposium

OBJECTIVE:  Provide an opportunity to share best practices, open dialogue, with a focus on training through successive real property and related sessions, and provided a unique opportunity to bring Air Force real property career fields together to discuss strategies and trends.

DESCRIPTION:  This Symposium targets Air Force Realty Specialists, Real Property Officers and Asset Managers, and provides a forum for these real estate partners to collaborate with one another. It also affords an opportunity to provide direction and feedback to ensure the Air Force Real Property program’s continued improvement and success. There will be presentations from senior Air Force leadership, from senior Air Force Realty experts, hands-on instruction from experienced Air Force realty specialists, and a number of open forums to discuss current and future Air Force Realty processes.

PRIMARY AUDIENCE:  Base level real property accountable officer, or equivalent, and direct support staff.

SECONDARY AUDIENCE:  Real Property element supervisor/flight chief/Quality Assurance Evaluator (QAE), Functional Area Staff (FAS), Resources Flight Chief, CE project management, MILCON programmers, environmental specialists, CE flight supervisors, Base Civil Engineers and their deputies.

GRADE:   Open to all grades and ranks.

PREREQUISITES:  No restrictions

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:  Reserve your base education center satellite room and register by February 25, 2013.
