Welcome to the Center for MASINT Studies and Research (CMSR). We are focused on Air Force and DoD GEOINT (Geospatial Intelligence) and MASINT (Measurement And Signature Intelligence) scientific, technical, and operational activities through our graduate research programs.

In building CMSR into a center of excellence, strategic partnerships with world-class intelligence and research organizations located at Wright-Patterson AFB allow CMSR to maintain relevancy to the requirements and needs of the these two communities. These partnerships also extended to local GEOINT and MASINT contractors supporting on-base functions. Consequently, CMSR has truly become a national resource for the technical intelligence community for educating a new generation of GEOINT and MASINT professionals to assure the preeminence of our air and space, ground, and naval forces.
