Artificial Intelligence Sequence:

This sequence fosters an understanding of the design and development of intelligent systems using artificial intelligence (AI) techniques. Emphasis will be on traditional single agent topics - such as intelligent search, knowledge based techniques, and planning - as well as distributed multi-agent systems. Techniques presented in class will be reinforced through several hands-on projects.
