Digital Engineering
Digital Engineering Sequence:
Students pursuing a specialization in Digital Systems will have the opportunity to study design, test, and design for testability of digital circuits. The digital systems program is multi-disciplinary encompassing the design and synthesis of computer architecture and state-of-the-art solid-state device technology, as well as computer aided design method to develop Very Large Scale Integrated (VLSI) circuits for military and space systems. Students entering the program are assumed to have either a background in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering although people with other disciplines may be admitted to the program.
