Objective: This workshop will lay the foundation to form a network of system of systems engineering  education for the US Military and its future workforce via an exchange of ideas and brainstorming among scientists, engineers, professors, military personnel from all branches of the US Armed Forces as well as industry and other institutions.
The workshop is a result of a tele-conference which took place on February 26, 2010 in which scientists, officers and leaders from US Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), Air Force Academy (AFA), Naval Postgraduate School (NPS), US Army (West Point), US Air Force for Systems Engineering, Colorado Tech (Colorado Springs), and the University of Texas, San Antonio (UTSA) determined a need and opportunity existed for the coordinated efforts among interested parties to increase the level of excellence in system of systems engineering  education.
Participants are needed to discuss the systems engineering programs of all branches of Armed Forces at the workshop and nominations and candidates are needed to give keynote speeches and take part in panel sessions.
