COURSE:  WMGT 423 Project Programming Course

OBJECTIVE:  For each student to understand the process, avenues, rules, and documentation of Air Force programming for Natural and Built Infrastructure.

DESCRIPTION:  Students will be presented with an overview of project planning and programming. This course enables students to define project requirements, determine work classification, select appropriate funding avenues (O&M, MILCON, P-341, NAF, Housing, Environmental, TWCF, etc.), and develop programming documents. The class provides familiarization in the use of ACES-PM and PACES.

PRIMARY AUDIENCE:  Project Programmer, Project Manager

SECONDARY AUDIENCE:  CE Flight Chiefs and MAJCOM Programmers

GRADE:   Officers: Yes (O1-O4); Enlisted: Yes (E4-E8); Civilians: Yes (GS11-GS13)

PREREQUISITES:  Bachelor's degree

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:  Waiver requests by those not meeting specified prerequisites will be considered on a case-by-case basis when accompanied by appropriate justification.

DELIVERY METHOD:  Satellite Broadcast, 3 - 14 Dec 2012 (am broadcast/pm exercises to accomodate USAFE) Satellite Broadcast, 28 Jan - 8 Feb 2013 (pm broadcast/am exercises to accomodate PACAF)

COURSE CREDIT:  4.0 CEUs in compliance with IACET standards
