COURSE: WMSS 112 Fundamentals of CE Financial ManagementOBJECTIVE: For each student to understand the current principles, policies and processes of Air Force financial management and their application to a base civil engineer organization. DESCRIPTION: Students will be presented with the fundamentals of financial management and how they apply to Civil Engineering (CE). It includes CE specific financial management issues to include cost accounting, the CE Material Acquisition System (CEMAS), and shop rates, as well as basics of Project Programming, and Contracting in CE. The class provides familiarization in the use of IWIMS and ACES-FM.
