COURSE: WMSS 412 Resource Advisor’s Worldwide e-Symposium
OBJECTIVE: Provide an opportunity for each participant to share in new information and best practices and to participate in an open dialogue in nine successive financial management and related sessions. DESCRIPTION: In partnership with the Air Staff, MAJCOM A7Rs and the Air Force Institute of Technology Civil Engineer School, Air Force Civil Engineer (CE) Resource Advisors and their Financial Management (FM) counterparts will participate in a collaborative forum with leaders from various financial management and financial management related subjects. The curriculum will provide opportunity to receive up-to-date information on emerging topics in financial management, such as strategic sourcing and working with AFCEC. In addition, some topics will provide a knowledge refresh on several topics such as Reimbursements, Fiscal Law, and IWIMS. There will be opportunity for participants to ask questions or to otherwise interact with others from the larger CE Resources field. PRIMARY AUDIENCE: CE assigned Resources professionals at the Air Staff, MAJCOM and base levels. SECONDARY AUDIENCE: Base Civil Engineers and Deputy Base Civil Engineers, Asset Managers, Installation Management Flight personnel, Comptroller personnel who support CE’s financial management efforts. GRADE: Open to all grades and ranks. PREREQUISITES: No restrictions. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Reserve your base education center satellite room and register not later than 25 March 2013.
