General Lodging Information
AFIT/CEA will make your lodging arrangements. The entire class will be lodged at the same location. Your reservation will be scheduled for one day prior to the class start date and will end on the last day of class unless a late release time is scheduled for that day. DO NOT make your own reservation.

IMPORTANT: If you will be arriving at your lodging location after 1800 hours, you MUST guarantee your late arrival with a credit card (including the VOQ). If you do not call, your reservation will automatically be cancelled by the lodging office. NOTE: The contract hotel will not have your name until the Thursday before the class start date, so you will need to call after that time.

You will receive a pre-course letter from the Civil Engineer and Services School a couple of weeks prior to the class start date. Lodging information will be included in this letter. If you do not receive your letter by the week prior to the class start date, contact AFIT/CEA at DSN 785-2156.
