My research interests include applied statistics, decision making under uncertainty, game theory, and simulation. Areas of application include problems within the general area of public health (pediatric vaccine formulary design and pricing and the impact of cell phone use on automobile accident rates) and problems related to defense (allocation of resources in stabilization, security, transition, and reconstruction operations).
