WELCOME TO THE ADVANCED NAVIGATION TECHNOLOGY (ANT) CENTER
The ANT Center is a forward-looking navigation research center seeking to identify and solve tomorrow’s most challenging navigation problems.
· GPS has demonstrated the incredible value of reliable, precision navigation.
· But, GPS is not the correct solution for some applications (underground, in buildings, in heavy urban environments, in presence of GPS jamming).
· The ANT Center’s goal is to develop navigation technology that ensures we can navigate anywhere at any time.
Ultimate Objective:
Expand the reach of precision combat to all environments.
ANT Center:
19 Professors, over 40 students, and 5 contractors working with government agencies to solve navigation challenges.
