Welcome
AFIT’s School of Engineering and Management offers a growing number of distance learning programs to U.S. Government customers, so you don’t need to enroll in a resident campus program to benefit from the institute’s educational opportunities and expert faculty!

Generally speaking, AFIT DL courses use streamable lectures, accessible via the Internet. Most courses also have weekly webinars or teleconferences to augment these lectures. Hence, save for a couple of hours per week, all the coursework can be completed as scheduled by the student. Once admitted, the only hardware requirements are a telephone, and internet-capable computer with a high-speed connection.
Unable to locate what you were hoping to find? Perhaps you’re trying to reach AFIT’s School of Systems and Logistics or AFIT’s Civil Engineering School, both of which offer several continuing education and corporate Air Force training courses.
Extension services and distance learning are growing trends at AFIT. We are currently investigating how to offer more programs via DL means. Does your organization have a need for technical graduate education in a DL format? Let your need be known: Call AFIT’s Extension Services office at (937) 255-3636 x7422 (DSN 785-).
