To advise the Commandant on the establishment and conduct of doctoral degree programs within the schools of AFIT. Currently, all doctoral degree programs at AFIT reside in the Graduate School of Engineering and Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

Requirements for the Ph.D. degree in the Graduate School of Engineering and Management are promulgated by: EN Operating Instruction 36-114 which can be veiwed over the AFIT Intranet. You must have an AFIT account to view this ENOI.

POLICY LETTERS:

The Doctoral Council establishes policies for the conduct of doctoral degree programs at AFIT. The Doctoral Council promulgates such policies by issuing policy letters. This web page is the official site for publishing the council's policy letters. The letters accessed through the AFIT Intranet are directive and current. Letters recently revised, and rescinded letters, are indicated in the index document:
