Graduate School of Engineering and Management - Intermediate Developmental Education

The following information is provided as a service to those students who are matriculating into a master's degree program at AFIT as a result of being selected by a board to obtain their Intermediate Developmental Education (IDE). The information provides descriptions of the non-thesis, academic programs available only to IDE selected officers, which are nominally 12-months in length. Please note: Officers selected for the non-thesis track in a particular academic program who wish to change to a thesis track may do so by contacting the program coordinator listed in the information provided below.

The thesis track is available only in our standard academic programs with are nominally 18-months in length (6 quarters)."
