Add/Drop a Course

Registration Changes (Drop/Add):  Students may make changes to their term registration during the open registration period. Students are responsible for resolving all resultant scheduling conflicts and ensuring that they have the approval of their academic advisor. Once the quarter begins, the student can drop courses only by submitting a properly completed Drop/Add Request Form (online fillabel pdf file) to the Registrar's Office.  This form is also available in your academic department and the Registrar's Office.  The last day add a course is Friday of week one of the term.  Course additions can be accomplished using the web-based registration tool. 

Students may drop courses through week two of the term without academic record. Any student who drops a course during week three through the end of week five will receive the grade of "W". Students dropping courses week six through the end of week seven will receive a grade of "WF" or "WP". Normally, withdrawals are not permitted week eight or after.
