Transcript requests

An official transcript of each student's academic record is maintained by the Registrar's Office. The permanent record is considered confidential between the student and the Institute. Transcripts are not released, except to authorized government or school representatives who need these documents for conduct of official business, without the written permission of the student.

Transcripts, or copies of transcripts, from other colleges or institutions used for admisisons will not be released by this Institution and must be obtained by the student from the institution holding the original record.

There is no fee for transcript service.

To obtain a copy of your transcript:
Bring some form of photo identification to our office, or you may obtain a transcript request form (Form ENER-TRF-01) by using the link above.

If you are unable to download the PFD and wish to send a letter please make sure it contains the following information:

• Your name, maiden name, and any other previous names (if applicable)
• Social Security number
• Birth date
• Dates of attendance
• Complete address where you would like the transcript sent
• Your current address and phone number in case we have questions
• Your signature authorizing the release of the transcript
