Office of Research and Sponsored Programs

The Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (AFIT/ENR) provides policy recommendations and assistance to all matters relating to academic research, sponsored programs, consulting, and technology transfer. The office facilitates AFIT faculty research sponsorship, provides project management support, compiles and publishes research program information, and addresses research-related compliance issues.

AFIT's research focuses on Air Force and Department of Defense problems and includes both externally funded research grants and institutionally supported research. AFIT has many active research collaborations with other universities and private sector partners as well as with other Air Force, Department of Defense, and non-DoD federal agencies.
