LODGING
The OSAPS meeting will be held on the campus of Wright State University and there are many hotels in the area to service you. However, we have made arrangements at three hotels located nearest the Wright State campus. Blocks of rooms have been reserved for the night of 10 October 2008 at:
  1. The Ramada Inn (35 rooms at $72 + applicable tax per night; 937-490-2000); reserve by 26 August;
  2. The Holiday Inn (35 rooms at $95 + applicable tax per night; 937-426-7800); reserve by 18 September; and
  3. The Homewood Suites (35 rooms at $99 + applicable taxes per night; 937-429-0600); reserve by 10 September.

Please mention either the WSU Physics Department or OSAPS to take advantage of these rates!!
For those who prefer other hotels, there are a number of facilities that border Wright State University. These include, among others, the Courtyard Inn by Marriott, the Hampton Inn, and the Fairfield Inn. Your reference point for searching for other hotels is Exit 17 off of I-675 (North Fairfield Road, Beavercreek).
