Published conference proceedings are a collection of papers presented at a particular conference or symposium.  Example:

LIBRARY CATALOG

Many conferences can be found by searching the LIBRARY CATALOG for holdings. When searching for conferences do a KEYWORD SEARCH  of the conference proceeding title  NOT the title of the article or paper. The library catalog cannot search for paper titles within a conference. Some conferences are listed by the title of the conference while others are listed by the organization that sponsored the title. If you need assistance locating a conference stop by the Reference Desk at the library, or send us an email Ask a Librarian  NOTE: SPIE Proceedings are kept separate from other conference proceedings. They are located on the 2nd floor  at the end of the Tech  Reports collection (yellow colored  volumes) and  organized by volume number. SPIES  can also  be quickly searched in the Library Catalog by doing a keyword search using the volume number. 

MICROFICHE

AIAA Conference Papers from the 1960s-2000 are available in the library’s microfiche collection.

INDEXES/ABSTRACTS

Conference proceedings and papers are indexed in many of our major article databases, like  the Aerospace Database, Compendex and INSPEC. We do have a few specialized databases, however, that  specifically index just conference papers and proceedings.
