    and 250 in the balcony.

    Reservation Information

    To make reservations please contact us at (937) 255-6565 Ext 4481 or 785-6565 Ext 4481.

    We will need the following information for reservations:

    1. Name of P.O.C. (and requester if different from P.O.C.)
    2. Phone number of P.O.C. (and requester if different from P.O.C.)
    3. Dates and times – if doors need to be opened before 0730, after 1630 or on weekends, the customer needs to sign out keys through the FACMAN at 255-6565 ext 4260.
    4. Office symbol
    5. Name of conference/briefing
    6. Equipment and AV support needed
    7. Classification – for all security issues, the customer must contact the AFIT Security Manager at 255-3636 ext 4295.
    8. Expected number of attendees

    For all parking matters, including all reserved parking issues, the customer must coordinate with the FACMAN.

    Bring your briefing files on a CD, floppy disk, or thumb drive to be saved on the hard drive prior to the event. After the event, all files will be deleted.

    **Reminder: There is no food or drink allowed in auditorium.

    **It is recommended that coordination is done well in advance of scheduled date and time to ensure that all details are worked out prior to actual briefing/conference.
