Maria Emery

Maria I. Emery is an Instructor for the Air Force Institute of Technology School of Systems and Logistics (AFIT/LS). In this role, as a contractor, she delivers professional continuing education to military, civilian and contract personnel from across the DoD Logistics Enterprise. Additionally, she assists faculty and staff with graduate-level research, including literature reviews, data collection, technical writing, instruction, and other duties as required.

Prior to her current position, Ms. Emery, as a contractor, provided Acquisition Program Management Support to AFLCMC Business and Enterprise Systems Directorate at WPAFB. She is a retired United States Army intelligence officer. During OEF, she oversaw intelligence and transportation equipment fielding and sustainment in theater. She spent several years as an instructor for the United States Army Cadet Command and served as the Department Chair and Professor of Military Science at Wright State University.
