Lt Col Michael D. Rajchel is Deputy Director, Advanced Logistics Readiness Officer Course at School of Systems and Logistics, Air Force Institute of Technology with Army Sustainment University, Fort Gregg-Adams, Virginia. As Deputy Director, he oversees curriculum development, management and instruction for Headquarters Air Force's senior Logistics Readiness Officer professional development special program.
Lieutenant Colonel Rajchel entered the Air Force in May 2008 through an ROTC scholarship from Saint Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, Penna. He has served in multiple leadership positions in both Aerial Ports and Logistics Readiness Squadrons. Lieutenant Colonel Rajchel additionally has served within the Joint Logistics Enterprise and the Inter-Agency abroad. He also was the Commandant of Cadets, responsible for cadet training at the University of Delaware with the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps. Lastly, as an Operations Officer, he served as the 2019 Air Show Ground Boss, and oversaw the the 92d Logistics Readiness Squadron being awarded the 2019 Order of the Daedalians Major General Warren R. Carter Logistics Readiness Award, marking the unit the best Logistics Readiness Squadron in the Air Force.
Lieutenant Colonel Rajchel also holds a Doctorate of Business Administration from Wilmington University, New Castle, Del., as well as an Masters of Business Administration from Saint Martin’s University, Lacey, Wash.
