Taryn J. Talbott, Ed.D.

Dr. Talbott serves as Chief of Instructional Systems at The Civil Engineer School, Air Force Institute of Technology at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.  Her primary responsibilities are to ensure the quality of course design, delivery, new instructor onboarding, and professional development for all faculty.

Before entering public service in her current position, Dr. Talbott taught at a private college for 18 years in various disciplines related to the medical field and faculty development. As a full professor Dr. Talbott’s roles consisted of program director, instructional design, professional development facilitator for all faculty, and onboarding new instructors.
