Dr. Raymond Watkin is the Reliability Instructor and Course Director for AFIT/LSS. In this position, he teaches and manages education of DoD professionals in reliability, availability, and maintainability of defense related systems.
He has worked as a mathematician and machine learning engineer in the defense industry since 2022, and he has academic interests in differential geometry, functional analysis, probability, and category theory and professional experience with neural network architecture and training.
