If you experience any CI Student Portal access issues, please review the attached slide for our updated reporting process.

Bottom Line Up Front: To ensure a quick resolution, all access issues must now be reported to AFIT IT Office with specific device and location information.

Going forward, please email incidents@afit.edu, afit.ci.helpdesk@us.af.mil and Mr. Jack Poe at jack.poe.1@us.af.mil, with the following details:

• Contact Info: Name, Email, and Cellphone
• Location: City/State or School Campus
• System Info: Device (Laptop, Tablet, etc.) and Browser
• IP Address: (You can use whatismyipaddress.com, if you do not know it)

Please keep this information handy or save the attached slide so you have it ready if you ever lose access to the student portal.
