Dr. Liebst served on the Ohio Board of Regents committee to evaluate the inaugural Wright State University Engineering PhD Program, 2000-2002.
Dr. Liebst served on the Ohio Board of Regents committee to review Mechanical Engineering PhD Programs of Ohio Universities, 1998-1999.
Dr. Liebst served on the Ohio Board of Regents committee to review Aeronautical Engineering PhD Programs of Ohio Universities, 1998-1999.
Dr. Liebst currently serves on the DAGSI Research and Coordination (RESCAP) Committee and has done so since 1999
Dr. Liebst served as Technical Expert for the Safety Investigation Board investigating the crash on July 31st 2008 of an F-15D at Nellis AFB, Chaired by Gen M. Matthews, 15-29 Aug 2008.
