Joe Menchaca Jr. is an Instructor in the School of Systems and Logistics. Mr. Menchaca currently focuses on teaching classes and consulting in areas related to project management, including scheduling and earned value management.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Menchaca spent 20 years on active duty in roles associated with research and development, test and evaluation, and operations. He has over 15 years teaching experience in the areas of acquisition management and project management.
