Chad N. Chamberlain is an Acquisition Education Research Analyst for the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) School of Systems and Logistics (LS) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio. As part of the Education Integration Cell, he is focused on researching and analyzing emerging educational needs within the Acquisition Systems Engineering functional communities
Mr. Chamberlain is a 21+ year veteran of the USAF where he served as a Biomedical Equipment Technician while enlisted before obtaining his commission through the Airman Education Commission Program. As an officer he served as an Operational Test Engineer/Analyst with the 31st Test and Evaluation Squadron testing the MQ-9, RQ-4, and F-22, Flight Test Engineer for the Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center DET 6, Foreign Disclosure Officer for the Combined Special Operation Task Force, Program Analyst/Manager with the Tri-Services Research Laboratory, and as Course Instructor/Director for AFIT School of Systems and Logistics. Following retirement from the USAF, Chad became a contractor working as an Analytical Study Lead across three AFRL Transformation Capabilities Office (TCO) programs before returning to AFIT in his current position.
