Col Andrew C. Frazier is the Dean of the School of Systems and Logistics within the Air Force Institute of Technology, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH. He is responsible for developing and providing defense-focused professional continuing education, research and consulting services in order to sustain America's air and space forces technological supremacy. To this end, the school provides more than 120 resident, on-site, and both synchronous and asynchronous distance learning professional continuing education courses in acquisition management, logistics, contracting, systems management, software engineering and financial management. Approximately 18 thousand Department of Defense personnel in 50 worldwide locations attend Systems and Logistics courses each year.
Col Frazier, a native of Lenoir, NC, received his commission in 2004 through Officer Training School at Maxwell Air Force Base, AL. He is an acquisition program manager with experience in hypersonics, test range systems, munitions support equipment, bomb fuzing, air to ground radars, and distributed training systems. Col Frazier is also a graduated Materiel Leader, Education with Industry alumnus, former Military Assistant to the Air Force Deputy Assistant Secretary for Acquisition Integration at the Pentagon, and former Chief, Acquisition Airmen Career Management Branch at the Headquarters Air Force Personnel Center, Joint Base San Antonio, Randolph, TX.
