Bradley R. Harroff

Instructor of Acquisition Management

Brad Harroff is a Course Director and Instructor at the Air Force Institute of Technology's School of Systems and Logistics, Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio.  He orchestrates day-to-day operations for the creation, execution, and evaluation of the SYS 107, Introduction to Development Planning, course for distance learning.  Also, he serves as Course Director for REQ 211, Air Force Capability Based Requirements.  Primarily, however, Mr. Harroff is an Instructor and team lead for FAM 103, the Air Force’s initial skills training course for officers in the 61, 62, and 63 AFSCs as well as new civilians in the 1101 job series.

Mr Harroff is a 1993 graduate of The Ohio State University, a 2001 graduate of The George Washington University, and a 2005 graduate of the Air Force Institute of Technology.  While on active duty, he served as an Instructor Navigator on the C-141B aircraft and a Navigator on the MC-130H.  He was also an Air Force Program Manager working GPS User Equipment as well as Development Planning at HQ AFMC.  After retirement from the Air Force, Mr. Harroff worked one year in industry managing aircraft engine projects before returning to the Air Force, first as a support contractor in the F-16 Program Office at Wright-Patterson AFB.  He joined the School of Systems and Logistics in 2015.
