Tay Johannes is an Environmental Management Instructor at The Civil Engineer School, Air Force Institute of Technology at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. His primary teaching and consulting expertise is on environmental management systems, risk management, environmental cleanup, and emergency management. He is also appointed to the AFIT Graduate School of Engineering and Management as an adjunct assistant professor of engineering management.
Before entering Federal civil service, Dr. Johannes served on active duty as an Air Force Civil Engineer officer for 26 years.
