Mr. Kemper is a course instructor in Air Force Institute of Technology’s (AFIT) Department of Software and Systems Engineering Management in the School of Systems and Logistics. He teaches the Chief Engineer’s course, a 7 month course designed to prepare current and future Air Force Chief Engineers for the demands and requirements of this important position.
Prior to coming to AFIT Mr. Kemper was the Chief of Engineering for the Training Aircraft Division responsible for the T-7, T-6, T-1 and AF Academy Aircraft. He has also led engineering efforts on C-130 upgrades, the C-27 and an F-16 variant and led the first depot/mod line for the B-2.
