Jerome DuBose is the Deputy Director of Education and a Teaching Fellow for Nuclear Command, Control and Communications at the Louisiana Tech Research Institute (LTRi), a nonprofit partnership that connects Louisiana Tech University with the Department of Defense. LTRi provides external partner expertise required to rapidly develop, and deliver a tailored ever-evolving professional development experience that includes: addressing strategic leadership, deterrence and nuclear command, control, and communications (NC3) thought, education, and applied research needs of Air Force Global Strike Command.


Jerome retired from the Air Force as a Chief Master Sergeant with 30 years of operational and strategic leadership experience. He completed his teaching practicum and achieved Master Instructor certification status from the United States Air Force and Army. Jerome received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management. He holds Masters Degrees in Management and Leadership, and Business Administration. Prior to his position at LTRi, he worked with Headquarters Global Strike Command and the Air Force Nuclear Command, Control, and Communication Center where he facilitated NC3 enterprise modernization discussions, assisted in developing innovation options, and was pivotal in business process reengineering, change management, continuous process improvement and roadmap strategies for implementation.
