For each student to comprehend the scope of remedial project manager duties and roles/responsibilities in supporting the environmental restoration program at an installation.
The course describes managing the Environmental Restoration process from site identification through site closeout. Some specific topics include regulations and rules, organization structure and processes, project execution, information/data management, and regulatory/community relations. Teaching methods include informal lectures, exercises and guided discussions.
