Post Award Services Management: Kick- Off Meeting is one in a series of Post Award Services Performance Management workshops that will highlight information on conducting a Kick-off Meeting which provides students with an understanding of the inner works of hosting a kick-off meeting such as the purpose, agenda, prep work, during, and post meeting actions in order to get both the government team and the contractor team off on the right directions immediately after contract award. This workshop is focused on services contracts but applies to all contract types.

Special Requirements: All workshops are via live streamed webinar on MS Teams and students will join to participate in the offering. Students have the option to register for one or more of the offerings. It is not required, but highly encouraged for students to register for all the topics within 690X workshops. Once a student registers for a workshop, an e-mail link will be sent on how to connect to the offering. Students will need to verify they can connect via MS Teams in advance.
