Donovan gave the keynote address to the 2018 Air Force Operations Research Symposium at the Air Force Institute of Technology on Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, March 13, 2018. WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio - Under Secretary of the Air Force Matthew P. Donovan visited Wright-Patt March 13 to give the keynote address for the 2018 Air Force Operations Research Symposium at the Air Force Institute of Technology.
