 Assistant Professor of Atmospheric Science, AF Institute of Technology, WPAFB, OH                       July 2018-Present
- Conducts scientific research of land surface interaction with weather phenomenon, cloud dynamics, and machine learning/artificial intelligence applications focusing on applications to DoD operations
 - Instructs graduate students on advanced topics, including tropical meteorology and remote sensing
- Advises students on graduate level research

- Leads 58-member unit developing and operating the US Air Force’s numerical weather models
- Head of Air Force Weather’s groundbreaking transition to the UK Meteorological Office Unified Model
- Manages development of volcanic ash, cloud and land surface models as well as verification operations
