Position/Accomplishment: Developed the first-ever training program for 14 Afghan Civil Engineer specialties, directed a $272 million Kabul International Airport beddown, and led the repair of Shindand’s runway, enabling the first Afghan Air Corps operations in eight years
2007 - 2009, Chief, Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements, and Maintenance Engineer, 437th Civil Engineer Squadron, Charleston AFB, SC
