Jamie Cooper is a contractor working as a Technical Writer for Huntington Ingalls Industries in the Air Force Institute of Technology's Scientific Test and Analysis Techniques (STAT) Center Of Excellence (COE). She has multiple degrees and work experience in writing/editing and graphic design. Since 2017, she has worked in several contracting positions in AFLCMC, AFIT, and AFRL.
