Richard Cockerham
Mr. Richard Cockerham serves as Associate Registrar for the Department of Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications Studies (AFIT/EXB) at Barksdale AFB, LA.
Mr. Cockerham previously served as the Registrar for Bossier Parish Community College (BPCC). He has over 20 years of experience working in the Registrar’s Office at BPCC. During his time as a College Registrar, he served a three-year term as the Registrar Core Team Leader for the Louisiana Community and Technical College System.
Additionally, Mr. Cockerham retired from the US Naval Reserves in 2013 after 13 years with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 28 and 10 years with the 1st Battalion, 156th Armor Regiment of the Louisiana National Guard. While serving with the Seabees of NMCB 28 he was mobilized in 2007 to support Operation Enduring Freedom/Operation Iraqi Freedom.
