Major Matthew J. Vincie is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Air Force Institute of Technology and the Deputy Director of the AFIT Nanofabrication & Characterization Facility. He is a member of the IEEE Instrumentation and Measurement Society, the IEEE Electron Devices Society, the IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society, and the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society. He received a B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a minor in mathematics. He received M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the Air Force Institute of Technology.
