Capt Ryan Fraser

Captain Ryan Fraser is an Instructor of Cybersecurity, School of Systems and Logistics, Air Force Institute of Technology, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. As a part of Air University the School of Systems and Logistics provides cutting edge education and consulting services to the Information Warfare, Combat Support and Force Modernization communities. Capt Fraser is part of a team responsible for developing and delivering course content focused on countering cyber threats to Air Force mission systems and acquisitions processed in a time of great power competition.

Capt Ryan Fraser initially served as an enlisted member of the Munitions Systems community prior to commissioning as a graduate of Officer Training School, Maxwell AFB, Alabama, in 2017. He has held various communications and cyber positions to include a deployment in support of Operation Inherent Resolve where he led a team in the ground up construction of a new Air Force Base communications network. Prior to assuming this position, Capt Fraser was the Operations Flight Commander at the 366th Communications Squadron, Mountain Home AFB, Idaho.
