Guillermo (Will) Gonzalez is an Acquisition Education Research Analyst for the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) School of Systems and Logistics at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WP-AFB), Ohio. He is focused on researching and analyzing emerging educational needs within the Systems Engineering functional communities.
Mr. Gonzalez has more than 25 years’ experience in the aerospace industry with major airframer and 1st Tier Suppliers, such as GE Aviation, Goodrich Aerospace, and The Boeing Company. Mr. Gonzalez’s industry experience includes having served as Senior Systems Engineer for multiple commercial and military advanced aviation development programs. He has planned, evaluated, and assisted in the conduct of aircraft certification ground and flight test programs, and orchestrated multiple facets of the military test program to qualify the F/A-18E/F Super Hornet for the US Navy.
