Bruce Johnson has 12 years’ experience in the area of cost estimating and analysis. Before joining the civil service, Mr. Johnson worked as a government support contractor for 3 years, and prior to that he served 25 years on active duty in the Air Force, primarily as a budget officer and financial manager. In 2009 Mr. Johnson joined the Air Force Institute of Technology as an Instructor of Financial Management, where he develops and instructs professional continuing education courses in financial management and cost analysis, including the Integrated Cost Analysis course, the Air Force Should Cost Workshop, and distance learning courses covering financial management and cost analysis topics.
Mr. Johnson is a Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCE/A) and is APDP level 3 certified in Business-Cost Estimating, Business-Financial Management, Program Management, and Acquisition Logistics. He also holds a level 2 DoD FM certification.
