Dr. Martin Marshall, Ctr.
Dr. Martin S. (Marty) Marshall is currently serving as a Senior Test and Evaluation (T&E) Engineer with Huntington Ingalls Industries, contracted to the Air Force Institute of Technology Scientific Test and Analysis Techniques Center of Excellence (STATCOE). In this capacity, he is supporting the Department of the Air Force LGM-35A Sentinel Program in the Enterprise Combined Test Division.
Dr. Marshall holds a Masters degree in Strategic Studies from the US Army War College, as well as a Masters degree in Physics and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah. His work was focused on lasers, spectroscopy, and Fourier optics. He has more than 30 years experience in the US Army Dugway Proving Ground, Carolina Orthopedic Research Foundation, and the Tooele Army Depot.
He is DAWIA Lvl 3 T&E certified.
