Duties: Serves as a technical leader for research programs in the department and in the Center for Directed Energy (CDE). Serves as Director for CDE. Publishes pertinent research in prestigious archival journals. Advises graduate masters and doctoral students. Establishes relationships with DOD scientific and technical community, defense industry and academia. Performs administrative functions to support the center, department, school and institute as necessary.
