Dr. William Rowell
Adjunct Faculty
Dr. Rowell is a Senior Operations Research Consultant with The Perduco Group. Serves as the resident STAT Expert in the areas of cybersecurity, software intensive systems, and automated software testing. Dr. Rowell has 15 years of experience as a software engineer and extensive experience as a scientific analyst, teacher, manager, and acquisition professional gained during his 23-year Air Force career. He received his Doctor of Philosophy in Operations Research at the University of Texas at Austin in 1979, Master of Science in Operations Research at Stanford University in 1971, and Bachelor of Science in Mathematics at the US Air Force Academy in 1970. Dr. Rowell is a certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
